- All users of the Temporal Dynamics platform, including Clients, Experts, and research participants in Temporal Dynamics Labs.
- All personal data processed by Temporal Dynamics, whether collected directly, automatically, or from third parties.
- All employees, contractors, and partners with access to personal data.
This Policy does not apply where we act solely as a data processor on behalf of enterprise customers.
Categories of Personal Information Collected
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
Information You Provide (All Users):
- Account Data: Name, email, password.
- Communications: Messages, inquiries, and support requests.
- Inputs: Prompts, queries, and content submitted.
Additional Information for Experts:
- Professional Information: Business name, licenses, certifications, areas of expertise.
- Profile Data: Bio, services, availability, and pricing (if applicable).
- Client Interaction Data: Notes, responses, and shared service content.
- Verification Data: Documents used to validate expertise.
Additional Information for Clients:
- Service Requests: Civic needs, queries, and related context.
- Interaction Data: Messages and session data with Experts.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Technical Data: Device details, IP address, browser type, time zone, operating system, and log data.
- Usage Data: Content viewed, features used, actions taken, and timestamps of use.
- Error Reports: Application errors and system state at the time of error.
- Cookies & Analytics: Data collected via cookies, scripts, or similar technologies.
- System Observations: With your consent, AI features may supplement inputs with activity observations.
Lawful Bases for Processing
- Consent: Where you provide explicit opt-in consent.
- Contract: To provide and maintain services and facilitate Client-Expert interactions.
- Legal Obligation: To comply with regulatory requirements.
- Legitimate Interests: Fraud prevention, platform integrity, trust, security, and service quality.
- Vital Interests/Public Task: When necessary to protect individuals or the public interest.
Where consent is relied upon, you may withdraw it at any time.
Purposes of Processing
- Provide, administer, maintain, and improve our Services.
- Operate a two-sided platform connecting Clients and Experts.
- Enable Experts to manage and deliver services.
- Enable Clients to discover, interact with, and receive help from Experts.
- Maintain trust, safety, and quality across interactions.
- Develop matching systems, product features, and analytics (aggregated/de-identified).
- Communicate with users.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and ensure IT security.
Data Minimization and Accuracy
- Personal data collected is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary.
- We take reasonable steps to maintain accuracy and update data as required.
- You may request corrections if your data is inaccurate.
- Experts are responsible for accuracy of professional credentials and profile data.
Retention and Archiving
- Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and platform integrity.
- Retention includes Client-Expert interactions, Expert profiles, and verification credentials.
- Data no longer needed is securely deleted to prevent recovery.
Data Sharing and Transfers
We may share personal data in the following contexts:
- Client ↔ Expert Sharing: Information shared during service interactions.
- Vendors & Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, support, and communication vendors.
- Corporate Transactions: Mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers.
- Legal Compliance & Safety: Courts, regulators, and authorities where required by law.
- With Your Consent: Where you explicitly direct us to share information.
International transfers are made under legally valid safeguards.
Security
- Secure storage with encryption and access controls.
- Access limited to authorized personnel.
- Regular software updates and backups.
- Safe deletion procedures and disaster recovery plans.
No internet transmission is 100% secure. Please exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.
Individual Rights
Depending on applicable law, both Clients and Experts may have rights including:
- Access and portability.
- Correction.
- Deletion (subject to legal exceptions).
- Objection and restriction of processing.
- Right to know categories, sources, and disclosures.
- Withdrawal of consent where consent is the lawful basis.
Requests may be submitted to privacy@tempodyn.com. We may require verification before fulfilling requests.
Children’s Privacy
- Services are not directed to children under 13.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
- If discovered, such data will be deleted.
- Users aged 13-18 require parental or guardian consent.
Breach Notification
- We assess risks to individuals' rights and freedoms promptly.
- We notify relevant authorities when legally required.
- We inform affected individuals where necessary.
Third-Party Websites
Our Services may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not governed by this Policy.
Governance and Compliance
- The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for data protection compliance.
- A register of systems is maintained and reviewed annually.
- This Policy is reviewed at least annually and updated as needed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with an updated Effective Date.
